This includes our 5-stage selection process:

  1. Review of application (cover letter, CV, Social media profiles)
  2. Interview (30-60 minutes)
  3. Task completion (3 small job-relevant tasks to complete, typically <1 hour)
  4. Reference checks
  5. Trial period (2-4 weeks of paid work to identify whether the role suits you and review how you fit into the organisation)
